Yep, it's hard to believe such an awful song could be dumbed down and worsened in any fashion, merely they've managed to do it.

I believe it. The AdTards possess a "magical power". They can take the dumbest/worst thing in the universe and somehow make information technology dumber and worse.

What'south with all the young, thin, attractive couples?
They probably use them as a come-on to get all the older, fatter, more normal people to sign up for a Sandals vacation. All those older, fatter people recall they're going to be seeing lotsa young, goodlooking stuff on those beaches, and then they won't accept to expect at their own spouses. The problem is, of class, when they get in that location, they end upwardly seeing all the older, fatter people who also went there to run across the younger, ameliorate-looking people.
But I like how these commercials prove the goodlooking couples doing fun, romantic things together (like running on the beach or dancing). The women seem to exist enjoying the moment, while the men seem to be playing along simply 'cuz they know they take to if they desire to become laid. Or maybe I'm only projecting.

I believe the vocal used in these commercials is actually "The Time (Dingy Bit)," a song by Blackness Eyed Peas that sampled/interpolated the original "(I've Had) The Time of My Life."
Assertive that the Blackness Eyed Peas are a offense against music and a disgrace to practiced taste, I myself loathe this commercial.

Agreed. Unfortunately, it's crap that sells millions.
"The do it, exercise it all again" crap specifically reminds me of "I Gotta Feeling," which unbelievably has crossed over to soft-rock radio stations even. AGGGHHH!
Were Sandals the ones who, in an before ad, besides used the Kelly Clarkson (s)hit "A Moment Like This"? (I exercise like Kelly Clarkson, just Not THAT SONG.) I detest remakes of hit songs sung by nondescript singers for commercials, but I'd rather have this commercial employ the original song "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" over again.

Yep, it was from "Muddy Dancing." :) So was Eric Carmen's "Hungry Eyes," recently heard in an M&Ms commercial. Was "She'southward Similar the Wind" always used in a commercial?
I guess I take more tolerance for that era of music than the residuum of you, because I'thousand an '80s kid and grew upward on hearing those songs on adult contemporary radio.

Back to the commercial itself. Does Sandals require people to make full out a questionnaire earlier coming to their little island? Like;
How much do you brand?
How old are y'all?
What exercise you weigh?
Do you lot and your spouse(mistress) similar to run happily along beaches?
